A few tips:
- if a port has a maintainer, the maintainer should at least be in the
  Cc: list
- please watch out for whitespace changes when sending inline diffs.
  copy/paste tends to convert tabs into spaces, which results in diffs
  that don't apply
- REVISION should be removed when updating a port to a newer version
