Remove Maintainership

Hello ports,

Recent childbirth events have temporarily disqualified me from being an 
active port maintainer. As a result I request being removed as 
maintainer from the following ports:

audio/soundtouch
databses/barman
net/icecast
net/weechat
productivity/taskwarrior

Please accept my apologies for not submitting this request in the form 
of a diff.
