Hi ports@, Plor, unmaintained since 1998, is unfinished alpha quality software.
The README mentions this: PLOR IS AT A VERY ALPHA STAGE!!! IT CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS!!! USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Despite claiming support for SOUP and QWK formats, it does in fact only "supports" SOUP. We have news/multimail in ports, which is mature software and allows reading SOUP and QWK packets, among other formats. Comments? OK to remove it?
