It is a "non-FFR" compile time option in the 8.16.x snapshots and the other FFR has been enabled: 8.16.1/8.16.1 201X/XX/XX New compile time option TLS_EC to enable the use of elliptic curve cryptography in STARTTLS (previously available as _FFR_TLS_EC).
