Hi, saw this recently, was easy to port, runs fine - see http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2016/07/gradio-radio-player-app-ubuntu for more details, github page (https://github.com/haecker-felix/gradio) is ... bah, nobody does websites those days. The nice thing in this project is that it fetches radio stations directly from a crowdsourced website (http://www.radio-browser.info/gui/) so, its not a static-always-outdated list like audio/radiotray..
