Can you zap the "" from WRKSRC please? You might like to add MANDIR="$(PREFIX)/man/man1" to FAKE_FLAGS and rm patch-programs_Makefile. Up to you. Does the grant in ../PATENTS mean that there are actually some patents relating to this? At least that file probably wants mentioning in the ports Makefile comment next to "BSD".
