They never existed in LibreSSL, and most likely, they will never exist. I happen to know because there were remnants of manuals for them. I just deleted these remnants. The LibreSSL developers agreed with deleting that stuff. They wouldn't have agreed if there had been a chance that such functions might get added at some point. Yours, Ingo
