In patch-Makefile, don't remove the variables "COMPATSRC =" and "COMPATOBJ =". You deleted "${COMPATSRC}" and "${COMPATOBJ}", so that change is not needed. I prefer to keep the patches as small as possible.In patch-stagit_c and patch-stagit-index_c, add an "#ifdef __OpenBSD__" instead of delete the include. Send both patches to upstream. In the Makefile: - Add an space before of each "=" - Remove "V" and add the version number to "DISTNAME"
