Is anyone using p5-HTML-Embperl? It breaks with every perl update and tests fail anyway (use-after-free caught by malloc junk-by-default). Fixable, but it's wasted effort if nobody is actually using it.
So if nobody steps up to maintain it (note: it will need work for both perl 5.22 and for when we remove frankenpache-1.3), I propose to remove it.
