quick notes:

- for CONFIGURE_STYLE just use autoconf
- please use consistent spacing "FOO=" / "FOO =" in Makefile
- zap blank line at top of DESCR
- either kill use of svnversion completely or BUILD_DEPENDS on it
(preferably the former)
