Instead
devel/py-wrapt${MODPY_FLAVOR}
better to use
${FULLPKGNAME}:${FULLPKGPATH}
Example:
In system installed py-wrapt-1.0.0
Check depends will ok, but need install new py-wrapt-1.10.6
