This is my attempt to build a port for am-utils 6.2

The amd(8) code in the base is very old and does not support NSFV3; I
found very sparse info on OBSD's lists related to this subject: to my
best understanding, it's unlikely that am-utils will be imported (since
lack of code auditing), so a port could be a mid-term solution.

Naming clash is avoided transforming amd/amq executables from am-utils
in amd6(8) and amq6(8); I tried also to patch all manual pages in a
consistent manner.

The "default" configuration file is /etc/amd6/amd6.conf and the
rc-script partially supports stop and restart (only when no application
is accessing the shares).

Just two additional notes:
- I found some difficulties in compiling the code when LDAP is enabled,
  so I temporarily switched it off;
- there are a bunch of scripts added to ${PREFIX}/sbin that required
manual intervention in order to be compatible with the new executable
names: I patched them, but testing is very limited.

Please consider that this is my first submitted port: some styling
mistakes could be present.

Any feedback welcome.

Cheers
