Actually I didn't know what was ripe.atlas.tools before I finished all
the diffs, I thought it was like sagan and cousteau, some libraries. So
yes it might not particularly matter but OTOH one day (TM) python3 will
be the default so...
That said if py3 sagan breaks py2 sagan, py3 tools won't happen so the
discussion may not be needed :)
