You can use this for MASTER_SITES:
MASTER_SITES = ${MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE:=bitchx/}
It would be helpful to add a bit more of a description to DESCR,
a short paragraph or two is usually a good length.

We have quite limited resources, currently there are still ports
submissions which are in perfect shape that have been waiting for OKs
for ages, anything that makes extra work for ports developers
really reduces the chance of having people look at it.
