WiFi Driver Issue (bwi-firmware-1.4p3)

Hi everybody
I have DELL Latitude E6410 with Broadcom BCM43224 WiFi card and I installed
bwi-firmware-1.4p3 but still my notebook don't detect the WiFi interface by
ifconfig command.
How can I resolve that?
