Hi ports --Attached is a new port, x11/libsixel. libsixel is a lightweight, fast implementation of DEC SIXEL graphics codec.
pkg/DESCR: libsixel is a lightweight, fast implementation of the DEC SIXEL graphics codec. It provides an encoder/decoder implementation for DEC SIXEL graphics and some converter programs. SIXEL is an image format for printer and terminal imaging introduced by Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC). Its data scheme is represented as a terminal-friendly escape sequence. So if you want to view a SIXEL image file, all you have to do is "cat" it to your terminal. ---I've been playing around with img2sixel, one of the programs that comes with this package in mlterm on amd64. Seems to work well. (One caveat is I haven't been able to get it to work in tmux on mlterm.)
I'd be interested if someone could try this out on something that uses the mlterm-fb program (luna88k, others?).
