Thanks! Port with packages instead of ports in README attached.

I'm preparing a port, but:
1. I didn't get it to build yet and
2. It was not released yet - main developer (as listed on Google Code
project page) says it isn't ready for stable release.
So I removed tclgpg from README for now.
