There is more to do to have threading work on i386 and powerpc, and to
have the tests passing on amd64. I have i386 more or less working but
not powerpc yet. After powerpc works then I plan to commit upstream,
make a backport available for testing, then after the next sbcl
release update the port to add a threaded flavor for anyone who needs
it. When threading support on openbsd is deemed mature enough, only
then will it become enabled in the default flavor.
