Kded4 eats cpu

Hello,
whenever i run  kde4 or a kde4 application like okular from whithin a 
different desktop environment, "top" shows that the process "kded4" 
takes around 20 percent of the cpu usage (and the cpu idle goes down)...
openbsd 5.5  amd64
