llvm snapshot and __attribute__ ((__bounded__ ... )) handling

Looking at building an LLVM snapshot to see if it fixes the compiler
segfault building Firefox on i386 but it looks like they have changed
attribute handling so that bounded is no longer ignored, I just wondered
if anyone has already looked at/fixed this..
