The current moodle port isn't maintained, is very outdated and there have been a number of security fixes since then (upstream are quite good about reporting these).
The update procedure involves upgrading to an intermediate version before moving on to a current version, the port isn't doing anything clever, and the readme has almost no information about configuration on OpenBSD, so I think removing it makes most sense. OK?
