It looks like it should probably be SHARED_ONLY=Yes (and merge the PFRAG.shared into PLIST). The static library versions of the plugin modules and the .la files aren't going to be useful, lib/imagination/wave.a lib/imagination/wave.la etc.etc.; try "LIBTOOL_FLAGS= --tag=disable-static" to see if that helps.
