had to copy net/irc as template to have a new port and glanced at the license...which was missing.
it should be #GPLv1, it is mentioned in irc2.10.3p1/doc/LICENSE http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/~checkout~/ports/net/irc/Makefile
