I still use it, too. And i use dpb -- very often with -P, after fiddling with the output of out-of-date, to get some monsters like libreoffice out of the way if i need *some* packages updated quickly. Of course, you have to know how to deal with ports which fail to build (or fail at runtime) when they're already installed, so this is nothing for "normal" people. But if you know what you're doing, out-of-date may be very helpful. Ciao, Kili
