I haven't had much trouble building nant or boo on i386. I got a report a few weeks ago regarding issues with building nant on amd64, which sounded like the old issues it use to have. I forwarded the email to ports@ suggesting that it be marked as broken again on amd64 and asking for additional guidance/feedback but I didn't receive any responses.
