Hello all.

I'm currently porting "Kolab XML Format Schema Definitions Library"
(optional but useful dependency for KDE 4.9 PIM). It contains the code
marked as such:

/*
   base64.cpp and base64.h

   Copyright (C) 2004-2008 Renц\xa9 Nyffenegger

   This source code is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied
   warranty. In no event will the author be held liable for any damages
   arising from the use of this software.

For me it looks like it's fine to set all PERMIT_* to "Yes" for the
port: we respect origins and do not alter source code on mirrors. But
I'm still not sure; could anyone please consult me about this case?
Thanks in advance.
