[update] databases/node-sqlite3 2.1.4 to 2.1.5

Hi,

This update takes node-sqlite3 from 2.1.4 to 2.1.5, which adds a fix for
semver not liking '0.8.x' ( we had a patch for package.json that
is no longer needed as it added this fix as well )
