could anyone please try to run regression tests on devel/darcs (on
a *current* system)? devel/darcs is one (if not the only one) port
explicitely using the "threaded" ghc run time library, and I'd be
interested wether the tests still work with rthreads.
I can't run it right now, because I switched back to ghc with
GhcThreaded=YES to trigger the rthreads + ghc-threaded bug and find
the real problem.

ps: running
ghc +RTS --info | grep way
should show something like
,("RTS way", "rts_v")
otherwise, you don't have the latest ghc.
