Does the RUN_DEPENDS really need this >=20090828. I guess nobody has such an 
old version around on a recent system?

in PLIST, you @comment all the .a and .la files. So I guess its not useful on 
static arches. Wouldn't it make more sense to have it
SHARED_ONLY and merge PFRAG.shared and PLIST then?

otherwise looks good and compiles fine for me on i386.
