Let met stress things out some more.

If you build stuff with CCACHE, and it turns out not to be working,
retry without CCACHE before reporting a problem.

Make *damn certain* everything in the build was clean.

I know that somewhere down the line, some idiot will break those rules.
I'm still working on a suitable punishment...
