I have had some serious stability problems with Thunderbird 3, which may or may not be actually a problem with the new Thunderbird.

However, after getting it all "under my personal preferences" with a few extra add-ons, I really like the new version.

I don't like the default look at all, but it is not difficult to find add-ons to change it.

But one thing I just noticed, I cron job some rather big outputs. Thunderbird 2 really choked on these emails. This version handles them really nice, no delays at all reading them and scrolling through them.

At this point, I think the stability problems are either window manager or hardware related.

Thanks
