That's not a problem of texlive but of gstreamer-0.10/plugins-base
(pulled in via several indirections, including poppler and qt4).
If you look at your build logs, you'll notice that
gstreamer-0.10/plugins-base fails because it's missing a recent
gstreamer-0.10/core, so just try to update the latter first.
