They're intentionally cryptic. They don't make any sense unless you read the manpage or understand the logic of the code, and explaining them in one line wouldn't work (between the fact that there's a number for every single pkgpath, even if the same pkgname occurs several times, and the fact that To build, Packages, Installable distinctions are not necessarily easy to grasp...
