Hi Mike, Just because you bought a CD, does not mean you're entitled to any support.
OpenBSD is a freely available Unix-like operating system that's available for several architectures, development is funded by donations and CD sales. Some companies do provide end-user support, you can find a list on the following page. http://wwww.openbsd.org/support.html#USA The ports@ mailing list is for discussing 3rd party software "ported" to run on OpenBSD, bug reports (with slightly more detail) should be sent to the bugs@ list. http://www.openbsd.org/mail.html In your initial email you never specified the release that you are using, or the platform (i386 or amd64). This information alone would be helpful to developers trying to diagnose the problem. http://www.openbsd.org/report.html I hope that helps, -Bryan.
