Attached is another new version of fossil. This includes the 64-bit fixes as well as the other changes from previous submissions. It looks like only the latest fossil version is available on fossil-scm.org, so I've added another master_site where I'll keep the older versions.
DESCR: Fossil is a software configuration management system. Fossil is software that is designed to control and track the development of a software project and to record the history of the project. There are many such systems in use today. Fossil strived to distinguish itself from the others by being extrmely simple to setup and operate.
