It kept me once from messing around with the DB just because I created >100 nodes of the wrong type. Certainly a dangerous module but useful for those who (believe to) know what they're doing. OTOH somebody could just fetch/untar the upstream code, fix his problem and wipe it again. But well, he could also use a pkg then ;)
