Which probably means that my snapshot is out of date:
I am running OpenBSD 4.5 (GENERIC) #1749: Sat Feb 28 14:51:18 MST 2009
I updated to the May 20th snapshot and it unison builds fine. Thanks for all your help.

One strange thing that I noticed is that it tries to install both flavors (stable and no_x11), and of course the second fails because of the conflict with the first. Is this an expected behavior or only main flavor is supposed to be installed?
