  Ok, here's an updated version, taking into account what Stuart mentioned,
plus a few other things:

  - Create /var/varnish by default
  - Use _varnish. Nothing should use nobody, not even by default
  - Use kqueue
  - Use -pthread
  - Do not hardcode -O2
  - Install getting-started.html

  And some other minor tweaks.
