The ports with package bumps had patches (for FFmpeg, from upstream) which required having a newer version of libx264. So I also changed the dependency to only allow a current or newer version. With the other ports, VLC and gst, the patches applied result in the same package as being provided now. No change at all. The patches just allow building with a newer version of the library.
