devel/p5-YAML-Shell/pkg/PLIST contains the conflict marker:
@conflict p5-YAML-<0.86
This version of p5-YAML doesn't exist, the in-tree version is 0.68, so 
presumably the conflict marker should be
@conflict p5-YAML-<0.68
