Dovecot doesn't include managesieve patch/plugin officially, i use
pysieved[1] for managesieve service, so that i don't need to patch
dovecot for every new release and it will reduce package maintance
workload. It will reduce your port maintance workload too.
Pysieved works fine for me for several months in product server.
