Any interest in this?

Tweaked version attached (tidier Makefile, simpler do-install target,
fixed RUN_DEPENDS, and I think it's correct to remove x11/tk from
CATEGORIES if it's going in ports/x11 but I'm not certain about that
.... anyone?).

(my tarball is rooted in ports/x11).
