Better like this (shorter Makefile, fix media speed detection, install docs in share/doc, install themes where slurm looks for them, fix manual page so makewhatis doesn't complain). But it runs "missing" to try and run aclocal/automake/autoconf, then runs configure again, and I haven't worked out whether to fix that yet or just ignore it (it seems pointless to pull in autoconf for this). Tested on amd64, armish, sparc64 on ethernet/vlan/gif interfaces. I haven't tested other interface types e.g. pppoe/tun/wireless.
