Russian version is not available anymore, ${PKGNAME} removed (so use
patch -E to apply the diff), the port works well.

Hi!
Since jakob@ appearantly can not update the pflogsumm port for some
reason (I guess he has no time), anyone else can commit this? The
patch/ports is tested and working.
