Attached patch allows per-user email / domain blacklisting and
whitelisting. The logic is fairly simple:
Users can block the whole of @hotmail.com and still allow
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to send them mail. Same goes for whitelisting
their local network (192.168.0.0/24) and blacklisting one specific
email address.
