Here's a port of spectrum-tools, based on Matthieu's wispy-tools port from that 2006 email. Split into GTK (-main) and console-only (-utils) subpackages. Untested as I couldn't borrow the hardware before travelling, test reports welcome. Matthieu, if it goes in, would you like the maintainer line left in or not?
