Here's a WIP update for bochs to the most recent version. I'd started
poking at this after g2k26 with some success at older DOS games, but in
some cases, the audio wasn't working. 3.0 was out at the time and I
noticed today that 3.1 had been released in the past few days.
I had originally taken some inspiration from wen on his update to 2.8
and run with scissors from there.
Tests and feedback/suggestions welcome from anyone running old games or
applications :)

It looks like files were moved from the root to a bochs/ subdir. When
recreating the patches
keep the same comments that were at the top.
