it doesn't need to be tested on other webservers (though it would be
helpful) - however adding a dependency on Apache httpd doesn't make a lot
of sense as it's not tied to using it.

Honestly I feel it should be tested first on OpenBSD's relayd/httpd, at
least personally it would grind my gears immensely if I had to use a
separate web server for just 1 program (on top of my immense personal
distaste for Apache)
