Testing with gpu-next, x11vk context and vaapi hardware
decoding, mp4 and h264 seem to work, whereas with VP9 I get
bad artefacts. With libplacebo/mpv from -current, the same
video renders without artefacts.
Just retested, and cannot reproduce this anymore on -current.

That was an Intel GPU (14th Generation) in both cases.
