devel/javahelp: Time to remove?

Do we need this port? Upstream's new location is:
https://github.com/javaee/javahelp

Develoment stopped in 2011 and in 2017 a new license added.
The project has been archived since 2019. Ports that use
javahelp distribute it as an embedded jar file.
